How Course Access Works

Academy members can request access to available courses that are relevant to the work they are currently completing.

The difference is what happens after you watch the training.

Academy members can then bring what they are working on into GSD working sessions, Tech at 10 & 2, expert sessions, the AMA with Sally, Virtual Office Support and community discussions to get help implementing it.

Academy combines learning with implementation support, so training does not have to become another unfinished course sitting in a portal.

Your Academy Access Starts Straight Away

Once the Academy payment has been completed, membership begins immediately. No holding deposit. No delayed commencement.

12-Month Academy Membership

Academy is a 12-month minimum commitment.

• For monthly memberships, payment is made monthly across the 12-month commitment
• After the initial term, at least 14 business days' notice is required before the next billing cycle to cancel
• Cancellation requests should be sent to billing@omnisam.com.au
• A verbal confirmation may be required for account security
• Payments already made are not partially refundable, subject to applicable legal rights
• Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Software Usage

Some OmniSAM communication services such as email, SMS, calling and other usage-based services may incur usage charges depending on volume.

What If I Decide I Want More Done For Me?

Sometimes members begin Academy planning to implement themselves and later realise they need additional Done For You help. That's okay. Academy members can discuss moving into or upgrading to an appropriate OmniSAM Studio option where more implementation capacity is required.
