Before major work begins, we agree on:
If we underestimate how long an agreed scoped deliverable will take, we will still complete the agreed deliverable.
You are not penalised because our internal time estimate was too low.
What About Scope Creep?
New requests, additional pages, new features, changed briefs, extra integrations or significant changes outside the original approved scope are considered new work.
This may require:

- Reprioritisation
- A future stage
- A separate quote
120 Hours Across 12 Months — Not 10 Hours Every Month
Studio hours are allocated across the year based on project needs and priorities. Some periods may involve more build activity than others.
Your Initial Mapping Session
The first initial mapping session — where we map the execution plan and scope — is not counted against your 120 Studio hours.
This session is usually 3+ hours, and we do not stop until we have a clear view of all your current systems and processes so we can effectively map out the execution plan.
What if the direction shifts after scoping?
If, after the scope is agreed, you require a massive shift in direction and a full re-write of the plan is required, that re-scoping work would be counted against your 120 Studio hours. Minor refinements within the agreed scope are not.
Your Academy Support Is On Top of Your 120 Studio Hours
Your included OmniSAM Academy access does not reduce your Studio allocation.

What Happens to Unused Hours?
Studio hours are designed to be used within the active 12-month term.
Unused Studio hours expire at the end of the 12-month term unless Studio is renewed for the following year.
Where a renewal is completed, eligible remaining hours may be carried forward in accordance with the applicable renewal terms.

Your first payment is a holding deposit
Your first monthly payment of $2,500 acts as a holding deposit to secure your Studio place.
Your official 12-month Studio term does not automatically begin when the holding deposit is paid.
Your Studio commencement date will be agreed with you before your second payment is taken.
Your second payment will be paused until your Studio commencement date has been agreed.
Prefer to pay annually? Your payment cycle can be confirmed before your Studio commencement date.
